Barcrest Squids In MPU5 classic

I almost forgot to release this over here. How could I after all the layouts I've taken from here?
This is a beautiful little machine from the late 90s, and one of the first on MPU5. Highly reminiscent of Silver Screen and Jolly Gems, 2 of my all time favourites, this machine is very playable.
Thanks must go to captain haddock for providing the ROMs, HT6 for getting them up and running for me and also tutoring me on the finer points of MPU5 emulation. Thanks also to my testers brucegeorge and tommy c.
Uses Lithograph font, so please ensure you have it on your PC or the layout will not look right at all. The Squid's eyes use Wingdings font (I knew it would come in useful one day).
There are a couple of issues. The jackpot sequence does not play properly, and if you try to play the jackpot sample from the Samples menu you will see that it is corrupted. Same goes for the knockout music unfortunately. But we can live without those particular samples
There are some lamps removed where graphics had multiple lamps. A read-me file has been added with the removed lamps for any future DXers.
Shortcuts as you would expect - apart from Take Cash on the feature stack which is "A". Enjoy your trip to the bottom of the ocean...
